The short version
Some links on this site earn us a commission. That includes links to telehealth providers, pharmacies and products. If you click one and sign up or buy something, we may be paid. It costs you nothing extra.
Where this applies
Any page reviewing or recommending a service or product may contain affiliate links. Where a page carries a commercial relationship, we say so on that page rather than only here.
What commission does not do
It does not decide what we conclude, it does not decide the order of a list, and it does not buy a favourable review.
We know that is what every site says. So here is a check you can apply instead. Our guidance on choosing a telehealth provider tells you to verify the prescriber against your state medical board and the pharmacy against your state board of pharmacy, and to treat ranked lists carrying discount codes as paid placement. That advice works against our own commercial interest. It is the reason to believe the rest.
Our position on compounded products
We publish factual information about compounded GLP-1 medications, including that they are not FDA-approved, are not covered by insurance, and vary in concentration between pharmacies.
We do not recommend specific compounded sellers, and we do not describe any compounded product as FDA-approved, because none is.
This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site substitutes for advice from a clinician who knows your history. Whether a medication suits you, what dose to take and when to change it are decisions for your prescriber.
