Information you give us
Contact forms. If you send us a message we receive what you enter, typically your name, your email address and the content of your message, along with the date it was sent.
Eligibility quizzes and health questions. Some tools on this site ask about your weight, BMI or health circumstances. If you complete one, we receive the answers you give.
Please do not send us detailed personal medical information. We are not a healthcare provider and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA, so anything you send us is not protected health information in the legal sense. Discuss your medical situation with your prescriber rather than with us.
Purchases. If you buy something through this site, we receive the details needed to fulfil that order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and which site you arrived from. This reaches us through Google Analytics and through Jetpack, both of which are active on this site.
We use this to understand which articles are useful and how people move through the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies
We use cookies for site functionality and for analytics. Affiliate partners may also set cookies to attribute a referral if you click one of our links.
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Affiliate relationships

Who we share information with
Service providers who help us run the site: our hosting provider, Google Analytics, Jetpack, our email delivery service, and our payment processor where a purchase is involved. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us are retained until you ask us to delete them or until the purpose has ended. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured with our analytics provider. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these, email promozhub@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within the time our applicable law requires.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website can guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will always reflect the current version.
