Six telehealth GLP-1 programmes are featured on this site. They are structurally similar — online intake, clinician review, prescription dispensed by a partner pharmacy — and differ mainly in what is bundled into the monthly fee and whether the medication is branded or compounded.

How to compare them properly
Headline price is the least useful number. Before comparing, establish for each one: whether the medication is compounded or FDA-approved brand, whether the fee includes medication or only the consultation, whether the prescriber is licensed in your state, and what the cancellation terms are.
If you have insurance that might cover a branded GLP-1, work that route first — it is usually cheaper than any cash-pay programme. Start with how to get Wegovy covered and what prior authorisation requires.
