How this calculator works
It adds the monthly medication price, any membership or program fee and any shipping fee, subtracts what insurance or a savings card covers, then multiplies by the number of months and adds one-time fees. Use the price at your maintenance dose, because many programs charge more as the dose increases.

What is the real monthly cost of a GLP-1 program?
It is the medication price plus any membership, visit and shipping fees. A program advertising $99 a month may be quoting the membership only, with medication billed separately.
Why does my GLP-1 price go up over time?
Many programs and manufacturer pharmacies charge more at higher doses. For example, the Wegovy pill costs $149 a month at 1.5 mg and $299 at 25 mg through NovoCare.
